Breakfast: We still need to go food shopping but there are still ingredients in the house to get creative with. Gary made Cornbread with Blueberries and Apricot Butter. This is a favorite we haven’t had in a while.
Lunch: Back to basics, we had a big Kale Salad with Gary’s Ranch Dressing and the rest of the Adzuki Bean Soup.
Dinner: We had some leftovers from yesterday’s visit to Green Zenphony. I love making a soup with them. I heat them up with water and that’s all there is to it.
