Lunch: It was a pretty basic food day. The first meal came late at about 1:30pm with a big Arugula salad, the remaining Purple Potato Salad, Carrot Sticks and Avocado.
Dinner: More of the same later on in the day with another salad, this one with Baby Spinach and white Potatoes. I mashed some of the Ranch Dressing Gary made in the potatoes with some chopped Dill, a quick potato salad.
Evening: A surprising treat. What was so surprising? That frozen Bananas, Strawberries and plain, unsweetened Soy Milk blended together can taste so amazingly good!
