Lunch: We’re still feeling very much under the weather, and the weather is brutally hot. We haven’t been eating a lot. At noon we were ready for some breakfast. Gary prepped the breakfast board with chopped Apples, chopped Bananas, Raisins, and Strawberries and added the already made Cashew Cream and Rasperry/Strawberry/Banana Coulis. He put it altogether with Oats. I just made a bowl of fruits and cream and topped it with ground Flax Seeds. We split the one remaining Gabanzo Bean Flour Waffle I had a few days ago. Although I was feeling pretty sick, I felt like we were eating at a restaurant in a fine hotel.
Dinner: Late in the evening we ate a big Salad with Garbanzo Beans, Tomatoes, Snap Peas, Olives and Tahini Dressing.
