What Vegans Eat – Day 1313


Breakfast: It’s recommended to eat beans 2-3 times a day! I’m working on breakfast, with Breakfast Black Beans, made with cocoa powder and cinnamon. I can get into this.

Gary on the other hand is sticking with his sticky Oats, made with Strawberries, Blueberries and Bananas.

Dinner: The weather is perfect now, so welcome after the heat and humidity. We ate outdoors, Baked Tofu cooked with a marinade of Apricot Butter, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Gary’s secret spice mix, and coated with Sunflower Seeds. We also had a side of sautéed Kale with Red Onions and Baked Fries.

Evening: During my vocal practice I was treated to a tall Teeccino with Soy Foam. Life is good!
