What Vegans Eat – Day 1315

Breakfast: Gary’s off to his acting class. I sat outside and ate my morning meal with Black Beans cooked with a bunch of other leftover dishes.

 
Dinner: This is our version of Pot Roast, cooking a bunch of things in a cover pot. We use a Le Creuset Dutch Oven. We had Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage and Red Onions served with Dijon mustard, plus the greenest Avocado I have ever seen.
