What Vegans Eat – Day 1320

Breakfast: Good morning. It’s always good with a cup of Teeccino and Soy Foam.

 
We have a big bowl of cooked Whole Grain Blend of Red and Black Rices and Millet. I took some for breakfast, topped with Strawberry Banana Purée and homemade Hemp Milk.

 
Gary took out the remaining Garbanzo Bean Flour Waffles he made yesterday. I indulged and took one, topped with Apricot Butter.

 
Dinner: I love Red Lentils just the way they are. We heated some up and I topped it with a dried Organic Mushroom Medley from FungusAmongus that I heated up with water.

 
The day it ended as it began with our Whole Grain Blend of Red and Black Rices and Millet.

 
Evening: We nibbled on Walnuts and Bananas.
