What Vegans Eat – Day 1330

Breakfast: Back to our old friend, Rolled Oats for breakfast, topped with Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, Blueberries, Pears, Walnuts and Soy Milk.

 
Sliced Cantaloupe was also served.

 
Dinner: Gary was cooking up a storm today! Dinner was a mashup of the remaining “Corned Beans and Cabbage”, plus Millet topped with Seed Caesar Dressing, Spinach and Purple Potatoes. He made a beautiful Frittata too. We each took a taste.

 
Evening: Later on that Frittata called out to me and I had a small slice. This will be a good dish to cut into in the next few days.
