What Vegans Eat – Day 1331


Breakfast: We have the most delicious Pears right now that are sweet, soft and juicy. Our Rolled Oat breakfast is an extra special treat with these Pears, plus Blueberries, Raisins, Pumpkin Seeds and Flaxseeds.

Lunch: I made a quick soup with the cooked Pinto Beans and Millet plus dried Mushrooms. Simple works for me.

Evening: We passed on dinner since we had a late lunch and when I was hungry I had a Banana and Celery with Peanut Butter.
