Breakfast: I really enjoyed my new herbal blend of Rosemary, Thyme and Sage and added Anise Seed to the mix making it even better. This is my new morning brew.
Lunch: My first meal was a favorite, all the leftover Green Zenphony food we had from two days ago, cooked together with water to make a soup. I added some Pinto Beans to it. I loved it. Gary had Steel Cut Oats with Apples and Raisins.
Dinner: I was satisfied all day long from my big soup. Gary started getting hungry a lot sooner than me and he made Cauliflower Steaks with Chipotle Tahini Dressing and Roasted Carrots and Potatoes served on a bed of Greens. I didn’t think I was that hungry but I ate everything up.
We felt like celebrating! I finished my already opened bottle of Samuel Smith’s Chocolate Stout and Gary opened a bottle of Samuel Smith’s Lager. Both are organic and vegan.
