Breakfast: Dinner was so good, I had it again for breakfast – Brown/Red/Black Rice Blend with Hempeh, this time covered with Mushroom Gravy. Gary went with Oatmeal and Raisins.

Dinner: I wanted to make soup. This soup had Carrots, Celery, Onions, Red Lentils, Herbes de Provence, Turmeric, Black Pepper and Onion Powder.

Evening: It was late and we were a little hungry. We hadn’t eaten much today and we had worked a lot. I had picked up a gorgeous Broccoli at the store yesterday.

Gary boiled some Russet Potatoes with Garlic and made a simple version of Mashed Potatoes. It was just right served with Steamed Broccoli.
