Breakfast: I made Staffordshire Oatcakes! Let the celebrations begin. Gary has his sweet with Bananas, Blueberry Banana Coulis and Apricot Butter. FOr me, it’s Bagel Style with Sliced Onions, Tomatoes and a schmear made with Tahini, Miso and Nutritional Yeast.
Tea Break: It’s Teeccino Break time with Soy Foam and lots of Cinnamon.
Dinner: We have not been to Green Zenphony in a long time. There are lots of reasons; we eating cleaner these day but we also haven’t been around the neighborhood as mush. So we went. Gary had the Veggie Ribs.
He also chose the Bean Curd Platter Supreme.
I wanted a brothy soup and the Clay Pot Fish Soup was just right. No fish here of course, just a creative chef and tasty plant ingredients.
