Breakfast: Gary knows I enjoy savory breakfasts sometimes more than sweet ones. Plus we have been enjoying lettuce roll ups now that summer is upon us. You’ll be seeing more of these. With lots of different leftovers, breakfast was unique and substantial. Romaine leaves were filled with a Cheesy Lentil Spread, Guacamole and Little Seed Caesar Dressing along with Celery and Carrots Sticks for dipping.
Snack: We had froze slices of Gary’s birthday cake,
Yellow Cake with Peanut Butter Filling and Chocolate Icing and pulling out a couple sounded like a great snack with Teeccino.
Dinner: It’s Kale Salad for dinner, topped with Avocado and tossed with our .
