What Vegans Eat – Day 145


Breakfast: On this special day, Independence Day and our 9-year anniversary, I had requested one of Gary’s “no-egg” scrambles with baked home fries and I got it. Happy Day!
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Lime, Celery
Dinner: This dinner was fun and festive, with a fresh fruit Sangria, pinto beans, guacamole, leftover potatoes from breakfast, celery and carrot sticks, corn tortillas, and a crazy-good, hot and spicy, creamy, cheesy sauce made from pink lentils!
