First Meal: A liquid beginning for the day. A green smoothie with organic Kale, organic Blueberries, organic Bananas and organic Soy Milk and organic Maté Tea.
Second Meal: It almost feels like we are home. Gary made one of his specialties, a Garbanzo Bean Flour Frittata with organic Kale and organic Onions and Home Fries made with White and Purple Potatoes. I made Green Juice for us with organic Kale, loads of organic Celery, organic Lemon and organic Carrots.
I met some very old friends that I used to work with back in the late ’80s in the tech industry. I suggested we go to Luna Mexican Kitchen. I was not that hungry and had a simple salad with Romaine Lettuce, Black Beans, Radishes and Red Peppers.
