First Meal: Gary made Blueberry Bread. He’s been talking about making it for weeks. A dream come true. It’s beautiful and gluten-free. Served with organic Peanut Butter (just peanuts!) and organic Apricot Butter (just apricots and water).
Second Meal: After an intense morning of meeting a project deadline and broadcasting my radio show with Chef AJ, I was ready for some good food. We had organic Pink Chili Beans, and the remainder of yesterday’s stir fries and Brown Rice.
The treat was organic, mashed Purple Sweet Potatoes. I love that anthocyanin!
Snack: We are working late on some last minute details for Gary’s dad’s funeral. We stopped for a snack of organic Celery with organic Peanut Butter.
