What Vegans Eat – Day 1490


First Meal: With my new Everything Flatbread spread with Peanut Butter, no I don’t “gotta get a bagel”.

Fill me up with Steel Cut Oats with a generous sprinkling of Cinnamon.

Second Meal: Some days are starchier than others. This is one of them. A bowl of Red Potatoes starts the meal.

The second course is Three-color Cauliflower with Green Peas. (It’s easy, from frozen)

Third Meal: Glad to have a Green Juice before the end of this salad-less day.
