What Vegans Eat – Day 153


Breakfast: I’m lucky. Gary made me breakfast! He found this Garbanzo Bean Flour Waffle Recipe right here at Responsible Eating And Living! I made this recipe up about 2 years ago and have not thought to try it again. He followed the recipe and they came out great, better than I remember them to be. He always seems to make my recipes better than I do! I made a fresh fruit topping with blueberries, strawberries and pears. Spectacular!
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Lemon, Carrots
Dinner: There was still plenty of pasta leftover from the day before and that meant it was time for pasta salad – pasta on top of a green salad.
Evening: Later that night I blended up frozen strawberries, bananas and a littler water. It was so refreshing.
