First Meal: I have not been eating a lot of Oats lately but they are coming back.This morning it was organic Rolled Oats with sweet, juice organic Pears, organic Walnuts and organic hoemade Hemp Milk served with an organic Ruby Red Grapefruit and organic Maté tea.

 
Second Meal: The bean du jour is organic Pinto served with fresh organic Tomatoes, yesterday’s organic Buckwheat/Shiitake/Onion dish, and two kinds of organic Red Cabbage – suaerkraut and steamed.

 
Third Meal: Gary’s coming home tomorrow! I am up late following his red eye flight home and tidying up as best I can. I make myself a celebratory organic Sweet Potato plate with Purple and Japanese Yam varieties.
