First Meal: I don’t like wasting anything, especially the water that vegetables cook in. Are you buying vitamin water? This is my vitamin water, the water remaining from cooking organic Red Cabbage It’s gorgeous. I added an organic Lemon Juice (with the rind) ice cube.
Next I sat down for a proper breakfast of Steel Cut Oats with organic Strawberries and organic Walnuts, organic Ruby Red Grapefruit and organic Maté with homemade organic Hemp Milk.
Second Meal: I visited mom again for the second time this week. I had a lot to take care of at her home. When I needed a break we went to the Cheesecake Factory for the Vegan Cobb Salad. It’s always very satisfying.
