What Vegans Eat – Day 1558

Where to begin? The 34 boxes Gary sent from San Jose have arrived. I can’t wait to discover all the treasures inside. I make a pot of Maté and start opening boxes, sorting the packaging materials to save and reuse.
 
First Meal: It’s time to stop and eat. It’s only the afternoon. I finsih the remaining organic Broccoli Garbanzo Bean soup topped with organic Pumpkin Seeds.

 
I’m keeping food prep super simple. My second course was homemade organic Red Sauerkraut with a few organic Peanuts.

 
Second Meal: By 8pm I am tired and starving! I finally get to some good cooking, making organic Buckwheat with Shiitake Mushrooms, Onions and Walnuts along with steamed organic Red Cabbage served with organic yellow mustard. I enjoyed it all.

 
It’s late now but I wanted my Green Juice.
