First Meal: I will confess, going out almost every night is exhausting! I was looking forward to sleeping late and doing some of my work for a change. Breakfast was a repeat of yesterday’s dinner – soup from leftovers, Millet, Purple Potatoes, Eggplant, Peppers, Onions, Garbanzo Beans.
Second Meal: I asked Gary if he would make me a smoothie and he did, the best ever with Berries, Bananas, Chocolate and Soy Milk.
Snack: On the way to the theater (yes we are going out again) I had an apple. We are seeing Artur Miller’s All My Sons with Annette Bening.
Third Meal: The play was excellent, powerful writing and acting. We came home and had a light meal of Cashewgurt, Apples, Apricot Butter and Raisins chased down with a Green Juice made with Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lemon and Ginger.
