What Vegans Eat – Day 1585

First Meal: Two perfect cups of Teeccino with steamed Soy Milk to start the day!

 
That inspired me to make Cornmeal Pancakes. I made three with Bananas and Blueberries, three with just Bananas and three with just Blueberries.

 
I also made a Blueberry and Pear Compote.

 
Second Meal: Next up, Gary prepared a feast for our late lunch beginning with Kale Salad.

 
He just kept putting dishes out on the table – Bake Tofu.

 
There were Pinto Beans, Millet and Guacamole.

 
We toasted our meal with glasses of Green Juice.

 
Snack: Tonight we had tickets to see a one man show called We’re Only Alive a Short Amount of Time at the Public Theatre. The play was kind of sad but it was fun to be at the Public. When we got home we snacked. First Apples.

 
Then some Cashews, Raisins and Dark Chocolate.
