First Meal: I am in a reading fest, preparing to prerecord a few radio shows ahead of time for when I’ll be in California in the next few weeks. Keeping things simple I had a pre-made Steel Cut Oats and Millet Waffle with mashed Banana. Gary went with Rice Cakes.
Second Meal: When the mood to cook comes, I make the most of it. I wanted to make my new recipe for Gary, Baked Red Lentil “Salmon” Cakes. Gary made a lemony cashew sauce to go with it. We served them with Yellow Potatoes and Kale Salad. I like the flavor of this recipe very much.
