Breakfast: Oatmeal is back with Cashews, Bananas, Raisins, Apples, Cinnamon, Flax Seeds and Soy Milk, served with Green Mango Peach Tea, Grapefruit and Oranges.
Daily Green Juice: Collards, Celery, Lime, Carrots, Ginger
Dinner: The Bean Soup returns for a third day in a row topped with Melty Cashew Cheese Sauce and served with a Green Salad. We added more tomatoes to the guacamole from the day before. It works really well. It’s easy to put the components together when they are already made.
Evening: I love craving something sweet and making this kind of treat with frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, cocoa powder and water.
