First Meal: I made homemade Soy Milk recently and a byproduct is Okara, the leftover fiber. I wanted to do something with it and I attempted making Blueberry Muffins. It was an epic failure! They cooked forever and stayed moist and gooey inside. We ate them anyway. The flavor was good, texture bad.
Second Meal: I made a big pot of our Whole Grain Blend of Millet, Red Rice, Black Rice and Brown Rice. With that, we had Healthy World Burgers, Baked Fries and Kale Salad.
