First Meal: Today we walked! After doing Gary’s routine walk which is about 4 miles, we came home, hydrated and set out for Flushing to eat at Bodai Kosher Vegetarian for Dim Sum. Can you say Two Kinds Mushroom Congee? It’s my favorite.
There are a choice of Greens and we chose Choy Sum. Yum.
Gary tried a new dish with Veggie Lamb.
I had to have the Turnip Cakes.
I tried something new too, the Bean Curd Roll. It was all so good. We will have to walk back again soon.
Dessert: We had walked about 10 miles today! Walking feels really good. For a treat I made frozen Strawberry Banana Soft Serve.
