First Meal: Savory or sweet? Savory for me today with leftover Kale Salad and Baked Fries.

 
Gary chose sweet of course, with Rice Cakes, Peanut Butter, Apples, Raisins and Banana.

 
Today’s tea is Chai with Soy Milk.

 
Second Meal: I cut open a perfect Pineapple. So sweet and fresh. This was the appetizer.

 
The main course was a Red Lentil Stew with Onions, Carrots, Herbs and Spices, topped with Steamed Cauliflower.

 
Third Meal: The Red Lentil Stew became something slightly different for a late supper with added Shiitake mushrooms and a little Soy Milk.

 
Dessert: Afterwards there was more Pineapple and Air Pop.
