First Meal: Gary was up for making his version of Joe’s Special, which I call Gary’s Special. He made it with the same ingredients but cooked everything together so it looked like a hash.

Second Meal: We were due for a trip to Green Zenphony. Gary chose one of his faves, the Bean Curd Platter Supreme.
I tried one of the new special dishes, the Vegan Salmon Fish. It was pricier than all the rest but so good. This dish is unlike anything else they offer. The vegetables were very fresh and cooked just right, with a little crunch. The “salmon fish” was delish.
A few cool slices of Watermelon for a sweet finish.
