What Vegans Eat – Day 1672

First Meal: A REAL classic breakfast never gets old. It starts with Vanilla Tea with Soy Foam.

 
Next is Oatmeal with Apples, Raisins and Raspberries.

 
Second Meal: A quick Carrot Lentil Soup with Carrots and Herbes de Provence.

 
Third Meal: Our whole grain blend of Millet, Brown Rice, Red Rice and Black Rice served with Kale Salad and a Red Cabbage, Red Onion and Bell Pepper Stew. This is a belly filler.

 
We were feeling very satisfied but wanted a little something sweet. A couple of Figs were the thing.
