First Meal: After a few days of meal creations, now we are back to simple Carrot Red Lentil Soup. I crave this.

 
I like serving this soup with Toasted Buckwheat and Walnuts topped with Nutritional Yeast.

 
Nourished and satisfied, I was ready to interview two fantastic guests on my IT’S ALL ABOUT FOOD show today, Zen Honeycutt and Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. Did you tune in?
 
Second Meal: I make soup out of everything. Gary’s Eggplant Pasta Dish from two days ago turned into a hearty soup this evening. Just add water and some mushroom powder.
