What Vegans Eat – Day 1742


First Meal: I looked forward to breakfast knowing we were having my homemade Caraway Seed Bread.

Gary toasted some of the slices and I made Yogurt cups with Raspberries, Bananas, Cacao Nibs, Raisins and Coconut.

I put some Miyoko’s Cultured Vegan Butter and Apricot Butter on mine. So good.

Second Meal: We are running out of fresh food and need to go shopping but there was a little Green Apple waiting for me.

I finished up the remainder of the Happy Crispy Rice Gary put together a few days ago.

Third Meal: We finished up the Lentil Vegetable Soup for dinner. It’s not the best looking dish but it’s tasty and so good for you.
