What Vegans Eat – Day 1798


First Meal: I had a call back audition today for a show in Wisconsin. I’m excited! It was fun and I feel like I did very well. I came home and made a great salad with the fresh and firm Romaine Lettuce I bought at Fairway yesterday.

The second course was a repeat of Brown/Red/Black Rice Blend, Spinach and Tomato Cashew Cream Tempeh Bell Pepper Bean stew.

Snack: We splurged on Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips.

Second Meal: Gary was really hungry. Why not? We barely ate anything today. He made a pot of Oatmeal. I joined him with a small bowl.
