What Vegans Eat – Day 1823

First Meal: I got up super early for another audition. I was determined to be one of the first on the list so I could get an early appointment and be done quickly. I succeeded. I was one of the first ten in line and the second person to sing for the show I wanted. I was home before 11am and Gary and I sat down for Oranges and Oats, with Coconut, Raisins, Apples, Walnuts and Soy Milk.

 
Second Meal: Dinner was special starting with Artichokes.

 
We did a repeat on the meal in a bowl, starting with Kale Salad on the bottom and topping it with Sweet Potatoes, Quinoa, Cranberry Beans and Avocado.
