What Vegans Eat – Day 1824

First Meal: Today’s Oats are topped with Cacao Nibs, Coconut, Apples, Blueberries and Raisins.

 
Second Meal: The last of the recent leftovers came together in a Tomato Vegetable Stew served with Mashed Potatoes.

 
Third Meal: It was late and I was hungry. I made a big Kale Salad with Green Onions and Grated Apple. It was just right.
