What Vegans Eat – Day 194


Breakfast: I love to give in to cravings especially when they are like the one I had this morning for Buckwheat Crêpes with Sautéed Pears. It was served with Earl Grey Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger.
Dinner: It may be the weekend but we’re always working. While I was writing away, Gary made this spectacular dinner, perfect for a summer night: Chickpea Salad atop a bed of Kale Salad.
Evening: A few days before I started to dream about making Orange Creamsicle Ice Dream. I told Gary about it and he thoughtfully peeled and froze two oranges for me so they’d be ready. When it was time for our evening treat, I made this and it’s amazing. My favorite so far of all my Ice Dream recipes. Gary paired it with Air Pop!
