Breakfast: I had shredded a head of cabbage yesterday and looked forward to another colorful cabbage salad with carrots, olives, scallions, sesame seeds, tomatoes and rice vinegar and had it with Bai Mu Dan and Orange Slices.
Dinner: After a long day in Manhattan taking care of some things we headed to Candle Cafe West for Grumpy Hour. We enjoyed Wolaver’s IPA, a great organic beer, with Edamame and Olives.
I had the most delicious Roast Veggie Sandwich on Gluten-Free Whole Grain Bread.
Gary ordered the Mezze Platter.
I am not a coffee drinker but for some reason I was craving some. We both had an espresso that was also perfect.
I got a scoop of Coconut Mocha Maca Ice Cream.
And Gary got the basic Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream.
Evening: Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Lemon, Carrots, Ginger.
