What Vegans Eat – Day 198


Breakfast: Having fun with food! I made this Picasso-inspired breakfast plate with Banana Muffins, Pears and Bananas with some Jasmine Tea.
Dinner: We celebrated my mom’s 82nd birthday and went to a pizza restaurant. I shared a large pizza with Broccoli rabe, Fire Roasted Peppers, Carmelized Onions and Mushrooms with No Cheese with my brother. I got an Arugula Salad too. It was all very good. I think I had a little wheat fog afterwards and woke up with a small headache. Fortunately it didn’t last all day.
Dessert: My nephew and sister-in-law made a gluten-free Blueberry Cobbler and I enjoyed it with vegan ice cream.
