Breakfast: Nancy’s little beach cottage has everything you could possibly wish for. I made a cup of Kukitcha tea and cooked up my rolled oats with shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds and dates. The dates were the special sweet treat that made it so yummy.
Soon we were out on the beach. I brought my yoga mat along and indulged in a long yoga session. Afterwards I was hungry! I guess I didn’t eat enough for breakfast and was glad to have brought a Raw Revolution bar with me.
Lunch:
We got back to the house late in the afternoon and I finished up the Stuffed Cabbage and Black Beans from yesterday along with my defrosted green juice of Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger. Nancy got to work cleaning the Weber Grill. Eight weeks of renters left it black and sooty and it took her a long time to clean it.
There was a full moon planned and we went to watch it rise over the ocean. It was stunning.
After the moonrise, I was the first to use the freshly cleaned grilled. I cooked up tofu, carrots and onions along with some corn on the cob.
That’s some gorgeous grillin’!
