What Vegans Eat – Day 206


Breakfast: This was a most exquisite cereal: rolled oats, blueberry coulis (from a previous breakfast with waffles), chopped apples, bananas, pumpkin seeds and flaked coconut.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Cabbage, Carrots, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: We went for big bowls of Spicy Split Pea Soup and had seconds.
