Breakfast: The Fruity Waffles are wonderful after being frozen and then toasted, and was served with leftover Compote and Iced Coffee.

Lunch: It really is the easiest Spinach Frittata. In no time at all this delicious lunch appeared!

It went well with more of our Saturday Brunch leftovers of Salsa and gluten-free English Muffins and Jasmine Tea.

Daily Green Juice: Cabbage, Kale, Collards, Carrots, Celery, Ginger
 
Dinner: Awaiting our weekly GoOrganicNYC delivery we finished up the produce we had left and made the Cabbage/Onion dish mixing in the remaining Salsa and Pink Lentil Soup. It was served atop toasted Buckwheat.

Evening: A ripe red pear made for a satisfying sweet treat.
