What Vegans Eat – Day 212


Breakfast: In celebration of the Queen Elizabeth II becoming the longest-reigning UK monarch, we decided to have our veganized, Americanized version of an English breakfast, consisting of gluten-free English Muffins, English Breakfast Tea, Orange Juice, Fresh Pears, Apricot Jam and Vegan Butter. Long live the Queen!
Daily Green Juice: Achilles from our local Ripe Juice bar: Celery, Spinach, Parsley, Broccoli, Cucumber.
Dinner: Leftover Toasted Buckwheat and Cabbage Stew became new again, topped with Field Roast Sausages.
Dessert: It was another oppressively hot evening and we kept our sanity with some Strawberry Ice Dream while selecting music to work on to add to our repertoire.
