What Vegans Eat – Day 217


Breakfast: Lots of leftovers are in the house for easy, good eating. Blueberry Peanut Butter Scones, Orange Slices and Green Tea, enjoyed out on the terrace served up with some good conversation was a great way to start the day.
Lunch: Gary had made an Herbed Rice dish a few days before that I couldn’t wait to have again, along with Lentils and Onions, Steamed Broccoli and String Beans.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Ginger
Dinner: We put all the same foods out that we had for dinner, plus the paté and Challah bread. Afterwards, when neighbors came by, we nibbled away at the Sweet As Honey cake slices with mint tea until it all disappeared.
