What Vegans Eat – Day 221


Breakfast: And the oats roll on, the oats roll on… Organic rolled oats cooked with water and apples, topped with flax seeds. Always the same, always different. We like our oats for breakfast. Served with sliced oranges and Green Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, Ginger, Lemon
Dinner: It’s a basic and delcious food day, or perhaps basically delicious. We enjoyed big bowls of Lentil Vegetable Soup and Kale Salad and happily went back for seconds.
Evening: We had a big brunch party two Saturdays ago and there was a lot of leftover orange juice. We prefer fresh oranges in this house to orange juice so I froze the orange juice to use in different ways. Some became popsicles and we enjoyed them after a long day.
