Breakfast: Mmmm, English Muffins (gluten-free) schmeared with Tahini, Apricot Butter and smashed Bananas. We each had a small bowl of oatmeal that was leftover from the day before. What a treat! I had some green Kukitcha tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, Ginger, Lemon
Dinner: Saturday night special! Easy Spinach Frittata, Baked Tofu and Bakes Fries. And yes we had seconds.
Evening: We started to dig into the gift bags we got at the Veg News Comfort Food Party last weekend. Cookies! We shared the gluten-free German Chocolate cookie from the Sun Flour Baking Company and the Lemmon Poppyseed Cookie from the Alternative Baking Co.
