What Vegans Eat – Day 237


Breakfast: Back at home we had rolled oats for breakfast. We needed to do some food shopping but still had plenty of good things for a nice breakfast – Rolled Oats with Apples, Figs, Flax Seeds, Almonds and Soy Milk with Bai Mu Dan White Tea.
Daily Green Juice: So glad I made some green juice before I left. I grabbed on from the freezer and enjoyed it when it defrosted made with Kale, Celery, Carrots, Ginger.
Dinner: Craving clean food after a week of traveling we had Secret Spice Lentils with Sautéed Onions, Sweet Potatoes and Green Salad.
