What Vegans Eat – Day 245


Breakfast: It was a big day. We were going to start filming a new food show for Halloween! We cooked up some oatmeal with apples, bananas and flax seeds. Gary was working on finishing up the English Breakfast tea before the new shipment arrived. I had some green kukitcha.
Lunch: The kitchen/living room area had become a film studio. We took a break before filming to have a meal – pink lentil soup and salad.
Here’s the studio!
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime
Evening: We filmed well past dinner time and sampled a few too many of the Biscotti we made for the show. Later after making Cashew Cheese Fondue, Gary made some fresh Corn Chips to go with all that cheese!
