Breakfast: Another day on the food show set. Most of the living space is cluttered with lights, camera equipment and food for the show. We sat on the couch and had breakfast: Vanilla Black Tea and Oatmeal with Bananas, Raisins and Cinnamon.
Then we got to preparing food for our upcoming Halloween Show – Graham Crackers for the S’Mores. Mmmm. Yes, we sampled a few.
Daily Green Juice: Collards Greens, Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime
Lunch: After lots of baking we sat down to nourishing leftovers – Tempeh in Marinara Sauce with Brown Rice Pasta. I topped mine with some Cashew Cheese Fondue Sauce.
Dinner: After sampling so many sweet things, I made a quick, clean miso vegetable soup with cabbage, onions and mushroom powder.
