What Vegans Eat – Day 250


Breakfast: We were all set to film the last segments of our Halloween Food show. Knowing there’d be lots of sweets ahead, we decided to have extra large bowls of Miso Vegetable Soup for a late breakfast made with Cabbage, Onions, Tofu, Mung Bean Noodles and Fennel Seeds.
Daily Green Juice: Collards, Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime
All during the filming process we munched on all the foods presented: Almond Biscotti, S’Mores with Dandies, Graham Crackers and Chocolate Fondue, Fingerling Potatoes, Tofu Masala, Cashew Cheese Fondue, Apples, Tortilla Chips, Grapes, Strawberries, Pomegranate Seeds, Prosecco and Green Juice.
Dinner: When all the filming was done and everything was cleaned up we sat and enjoyed the treats of our labors, Tofu Masala, Tortilla Chips, Apples and Fingerling Potatoes with Cashew Cheese Fondue.
