What Vegans Eat – Day 255


Breakfast: We had the most amazing breakfast ever! Well, at least since a few days ago. It was fantastic – Fingerling potatoes, with Steamed Kale, Baked Tofu and Gluten-Free English Muffins topped with Cashew Cheese Fondue. And with sweaters on we could still eat outdoors.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Carrots, Lime, Lemon
Snack: We went to visit our friend Robin’s new house. She made us a pot of Chai Tea and served up some sweet vegan treats: Pride & Enjoy Alternative Baking Company Radical Rainbow Cookies, Organic Sacha Inchi Seeds and some tasty whole grain seed crackers.
Dinner: Back home we craved clean food after a pile of sweets. We had a Kale Salad with Avocado and Tempeh Bacon pieces, Rice and Cashew Cheese Fondue.
