Breakfast: After our weekend roadtrip I got up early to return the rental car. Gary made a great breakfast to come home to – Creamy Polenta with a Pear/Banana/Raisin Compote and Vanilla Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Carrots, Lime, Lemon
Dinner: Still feeling a bit worn out from all the weekend driving we thought we’d have breakfast for dinner! We had a variation on our Spinach Frittata using some leftover kale salad instead of spinach, along with Baked Home Fries and some Sliced Avocado that we rolled into Sprouted Whole Grain Tortillas to make Breakfast Burritos!
Evening: Even with treats in the freezer, when you know they are there, they must be eaten. We each had a couple of Almond Biscotti Finger Cookies for our new Halloween Food Show.
